What can I say! Everyone was truly wonderful. I have no suggestions re improvements. I had a colonoscopy here about 10 years ago and it was awful. I was treated like a piece of meat. This time - so different. From Raj phoning to make the appt, which was easy and made me feel confident to my admission today when all involved were efficient treated me with great dignity and so friendly. I am so appreciative and grateful.
Thank you all.
P.S. and the hospital is spotlessly clean.

Everything about my care was excellent, I can't commended them enough for the job that they did and how they treated me. I can't remember all of the staffs names but Rebecca and the lady that me calm during my procedure kep and the man who helped to press my stomach were outstanding.
They made the procedure so much easier and bearable! I have no recommendations on what could be improved.
The entire team were fantastic!

Went smoothly I felt the care was very good, nurses are polite and helpful. I couldn't have any thoughts of improvement.

Dr Fickling made me feel at ease during the procedure and after having the sedative I felt very comfortable with the procedure.
I just wanted to say thank you as I was feeling very anxious, before hand.
